It is possible to get calling name information over a PRI however to
achieve this you must be using the NI2 ISDN protocol on the trunk and
it must be connected to CallManager through an MGCP gateway. Any other
ISDN protocols or an H.323 gateway will not work. You may see the name
information in an q931 debug but it will not be passed to the phone.
