In that case you need the fix for CSCeg80845 "calling name support
for call manager express using facility IE" which should be in 12.4(9)T.

Looks like it is a facility message:

out how your telco is providing the calling name.
Is it in a display IE in the Setup message (this should work)? In a
Facility message (see CSCeg80845)?

He was referring to CallManager receiving caller name display, not CME.

I don't have a CME router to test with but is there a command
available under the serial port for the PRI 'isdn incoming display-
ie'? I know the command will be there for outgoing calls.

I can't say what specific types of inbound calling name display CME
supports. There are a few different ways the telco can send it.

I see the caller-id coming in, but not on the phone. My guess is CME
doesn't use MGCP and that is the problem. Any seconds to that notion?

get calling name information over a PRI however to
achieve this you must be using the NI2 ISDN protocol on the trunk and
it must be connected to CallManager through an MGCP gateway. Any other
ISDN protocols or an H.323 gateway will not work. You may see the name
information in an q931 debug but it will not be passed to the phone.
