[cisco-voip] Conference Softkey Grayed Out

No problem...glad to help.  Why would this phone in particular have been
changed from the defaults of 4 and 2? I don't know many people who would
want to take more than 2 calls at any given time.......

Thank you very much!  You were correct!  I followed your advice and
checked the max calls and busy trigger fields; they were set to 1 and 1.
I changed them to 4 for max # of alls and three for busy trigger.  Reset
the phone, placed a test call and verified tha tthe  features now work
corectly.  Thanks, again, for assisting.
