[cisco-voip] Conference Softkey Grayed Out

Carlos,

Thank you very much!  You were correct!  I followed your advice and checked the max calls and busy trigger fields; they were set to 1 and 1.  I changed them to 4 for max # of alls and three for busy trigger.  Reset the phone, placed a test call and verified tha tthe  features now work corectly.  Thanks, again, for assisting.
