[cisco-voip] Quality Issues

Im assuming by your reference to the WAN that youre
running centralized PSTN for the remote site?
If so then here are a couple things that Id probably
check first off if you havent already.
Confirm all your links between the PSTN gateway and
the end device are running error free (WAN and LAN)
Confirmed your region at the remote is configured for
the correct Codec.
Confirm your LAN QOS at the remote site is marking
DSCP values correctly.
Confirm you QOS on your WAN is not set to burst above
the CIR
