[cisco-voip] VMWare recommendations for CM/IPCC

I run all my VMs on GSX and don't have any issues with
similar hardware, I can run CM 4.1(3)PUB, IPCCX4.04
and Unit 4.05 on the same box without an issues. This
definitely sounds like a memory issue to me. How much
memory do you have assigned to the CM VM? I'd run it
at 1.2GB Minimum.
