[cisco-voip] Unity Connection

Ed,

We had the same issue. I opened a TAC case and here was what we ended up
doing to resolve the issue:

In Unity Connection, go to the "Port Group" page and select the
integration.  Here you will see a "Delay Between Requests" setting, which is
probably set to 0.  Increase this value to 500 and save then restart Unity
Connection.

We later changed the setting to 1500.
