[cisco-voip] Unity Connection

Thanks Israel. I've had a case open on it for about 2 weeks now, but we
havent been able to catch anything in traces that could be causing it. We
never seem to have enough tracing turned on to find something and then we
have to wait for it to happen again since we can't reproduce it. I will look
at that setting, hopefully that will get us some progress.
