[cisco-voip] Unity Connection

Do you see a flood of events in the app log? Does the port you have
configured for MWI constantly try to light the same extension? If so then
this is the same problem. If not then you might be encountering something
different.

Every case that I have opened with TAC re: Unity Connections has taken a
while to resolve. I think mainly it is because it is a new product and they
don't have the install base required to have effectively debug the software
yet.
