[cisco-voip] Unity Connection

I think we are looking at differnt bugs then... our problem is not system
wide, seems to be only certain users affected and not all the time. There is
nothing in the general logs that indicate anything out of the ordinary is
going on with it. That and the fact that we can't reproduce the problem
ourselves is making it a little more frustrating - and of course one of the
people affected is the dean of academic affairs at the college. :)
