You are correct, you cannot modify the default AA.  There are some very good
examples of what you are looking for in the SW download section of the Cisco
web site in the CUE section.

I hope In not mistaken, but you are not able to download the default AA to a
pc and then use the cue editor to modify it.

Yes that would be the way to do it.  But in cue you can not modify the
default AA script

Don't replace it. Edit it and rename it, using the existing. Just add to it.
Save with a new name, that way you retain what you need from it. Always
build from something that already exists.

Thank you for the response.  Im working on cue editor 2.1.2 for unity
express.  And when I create a script to replace the default AA script, I
lose the alt greeting parameters.

James, what are you trying to do? There are no holiday schedules in icpp or
icd, so you would have to import a calendar and then run a script to check
against the calendar. It's much easier to use the calendar functionality in
call manager. Does this help? And which default queue script are you looking
at? Cisco has several online and there are also examples included when you
purchase the product??

Trying it config a AA script for cue 2.1.2.  And we are trying to set
parameters for holidays and alt greetings.  But none of the example have
this.  Do anybody know where I can get a sample of the default cue script
