[cisco-voip] trying to get caller id to show up on fxo lines

Don't forget, the telco must provide it as well.  I've had several
customers tell me they had caller id, after an hour or so of
troubleshooting we would determine that they did not.

You running H323, MGCP?
CLID is only supported on H323 and it must be a
VIC-2FXO-M1 or higher.
