[cisco-voip] Global Speed dials

 I actually spoke with some internal folks at Cisco about this.  They
estimated that about 3000 patterns like this would be possible before any
noticeable slowdowns would occur.

I should add that this was two years ago, and pre 4.1/4.2/5.0 so things
might have changed.
