[cisco-voip] Attendant Console

Hi,

Anyone ever seen the problem whereby all incoming calls will ring at one AC
user even thou you have 3 AC users configured and they are all logged in.
Worse of all is that the problem seems intermittent.....every now and then
say 5 calls will come in but only ring at one AC user. We have "Longest
idle...." configured.

Any ideas?
