[cisco-voip] Corporate Directory: Requesting Data

I believe that I've fixed the "Corporate Directory: Requesting Data" issue. The reverse lookup pointer in the DNS server was removed, which resulted in DNS timeouts for the requesting server. I added it back on and the speed is back. Hopefully the issue doesn't resurface...

Subject: [cisco-voip] Corporate Directory: Requesting Data

Any suggestions for the following scenerio?

I've previously accessed the corporate directory without any problem, but within the past week, it takes a considerable amount of time after selecting corporate directory before it comes up, duging which time the 7940 displays requesting data...

Also some random calls have been getting dropped, not sure if it's related.

Is it an issue with QoS? Why would it work before without problems but acting up now? Time to reboot?! We have 2 CallManager 4 servers.

Thanks!
