[cisco-voip] Unity Question

Unity is sending many (15 - 25) 2kb messages (blank 1.5sec messages) to
certain subscribers per day.  The ones having the most difficult time
with this is the attendants at our main location.  They are crazy busy
up there and I can see how it could be frustrating.  Anyone familiar
with this?  Is there anything I can do?  Thanks!
