[cisco-voip] unified messaging sending a copy to outside email providers

We are setting up unified messaging.  And we want to send a copy of the
messages in exchange to the contacts outside email ( hotmail gmail).  Is
this possible and what do I need to look out for.  I know if we send a copy,
that this will  not remove message status from NEW.  So we are going to set
rule on the exchange side to handle that.
