Have a customer with 3 analog lines coming into their office. 2811 router
running CME 4 with IOS Version c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.124-9.T.bin

Have the following voice port and dial-peers set up:

voice-port 0/0/0
 connection plar opx 7177
 caller-id enable
!
voice-port 0/0/1
 connection plar opx 7177
 caller-id enable
!
voice-port 0/0/2
 connection plar opx 7177
 caller-id enable
!
dial-peer voice 1 pots
 description ** FXO pots dial-peer **
 destination-pattern 9911
 port 0/0/0
 forward-digits 3
!
dial-peer voice 2 pots
 description ** FXO pots dial-peer **
 destination-pattern 9T
 port 0/0/0
!
dial-peer voice 3 pots
 description ** FXO pots dial-peer **
 preference 1
 destination-pattern 9911
 port 0/0/1
 forward-digits 3
!
dial-peer voice 4 pots
 description ** FXO pots dial-peer **
 preference 1
 destination-pattern 9T
 port 0/0/1
!
dial-peer voice 5 pots
 description ** FXO pots dial-peer **
 preference 2
 destination-pattern 9911
 port 0/0/2
 forward-digits 3
!
dial-peer voice 6 pots
 description ** FXO pots dial-peer **
 preference 2
 destination-pattern 9T
 port 0/0/2

7177 is pilot point for a hunt group and here is that config

ephone-hunt 1 sequential
 pilot 7177
 list 5001, 5093, 5094, 5002, 5003
 final 6001
 max-timeout 40
 timeout 15, 10, 10, 7, 7
 statistics collect

The problem lies in that when ever we get two calls and third call is made
inbound or tried outbound the calling party gets a busy signal.

I have physically called all the numbers individually and they all work
therefore ruling out a line issue. All the FXO ports look good.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
