[cisco-voip] Cannot Transfer Call

[Johan Bloemhard]

Anyone have an issue where they try to transfer call and "Cannot
Transfer Call" displays on the 7941?  We've experienced it on a rare
occasion so I can't really determine where to start troubleshooting it.
