[cisco-voip] QSIG between siemens & CallManager over h323

I would assume you are using an E1 card, but I did one of these with a T1 in
a 6608 and the only thing I ran into was the fact that most of the HiPath
PBXs use sequential numbering with QSIG (1---30) so the Channel IE Type on
the Cisco GW should be set to "Continuous Number" Other than that, I can't
think of anything.  However, if you are doing this as an H323, I don't think
it will matter that much.
