[cisco-voip] problem with CCM 5.0.4 and Attenadant Console

Any ideas anyone? I've been working on the same issue that Rob and I
have outlined below. I think Rob responded to Wes a few hours ago but
Rob's counter response had several screenshots which I believe were
rejected by the list.

Thanks,

I've been following the doc referenced here:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_ad
ministration_guide_chapter09186a008037e637.html#wp1198822

The only real difference that I noted was the fact that there are no
checkboxes for Call Park Retreival or CTI...you have to put the "ac"
user in the two groups. The user is an "application" user. The pilot
and the two phones are associated to the user. The password is 12345
(checked it a couple of times). The service parameter is set to use the
username "ac".

The pilot point has the members that are also assocated with the ac user

I've rebooted the box. I've disabled the Windows Firewall. I'm stumped.

Thanks in advance for the help!

You have to do some fun games to get the AC user CTI enabled in 5.x, did
you follow all the new docs?

Call control is failing to initialize upon booting AC. Are there any
tricks that we might have missed? Login is working fine. AC user has
pilot point and phones associated. Reset server and all services with no
change.

Thanks,

Jason
