[cisco-voip] IPCC Express 4.0(2) CTI Ports in High Availability

I have two servers in a CRS Cluster (High Availabity). I notice when I
shut one server down the Agent Desktops can not login. I see the CTI
port as un-registered.
Then I noticed both nodes in the CRS cluster are using the same CTI port
numbers. Is this a mis-configuration? I thought each node should have
it's own range of CTI ports with different rm_jtap_user_X users.
Am I wrong?
