[cisco-voip] IPCC Express 4.0(2) CTI Ports in High Availability

Hi Jason,
AFAIK each server has its own set of CTI ports. They are created
automatically and described with something like JTAPI Group 0-1 (for the
first server) and JTAPI Group 0-2 (for the 2nd.) Also, each server has its
own jtapi_user_X and they share one rm_jtapi user.
Also, IMHO anything below 4.0.4 is not worth playing with.
