[cisco-voip] MeetingPlace Web 5.3 Install

Hi,
I get stuck at the following error: CreateApplication:IWamAdmin->AppCreate
failed - 2146368492
"Unable to create IIS Application - MPWeb/Scripts/Webhelp on your web
server".
Any help is appreciated.
