[cisco-voip] SMDI

Can SMDI be passed over a T1 CAS or PRI to a legacy voicemail system? I
noticed with CCM 4.1.3 there is are settings on the gateway config page
for SMDI. Just curious if anyone has done this. I even noticed the
setting on an MGCP FXS port??
