Who does the DHCP for the 7961 phone? 

Take a look if the CCM is getting the information.

I have seen this recently, no resolution as of yet. The IP is reported
to the CCM when it registers. You may want to look at a sniffer trace of
the phone registering & the RisDC logs to see if the proper info is sent
to the CCM. What phone load is being utilized?

Anyone know why an IP Phone (specifically a 7961) would show up on the
CCM Admin as having the same IP Address as the callmanager its
registered to, rather than displaying its real IP address? Phone appears
to be working and I can hit the built-in web page on the phone using its
real IP.
