[cisco-voip] Line Status

I know there has been a lot of talk about line status.

 

I'm running CM 4.1.3sr2 and I'm just now moving my Admin staff over to
IP Phones.  Is there a way to get the status of a line with out IPMA and
AC?  Is there an inexpensive 3rd party app if not?  Does CM 5.x give me
this?

 

This seems to be the single most needed item for my admin staff.
