[cisco-voip] start talking without presiing answer button , just pickup the phone but how

Turn AutoAnswer on on the phone. This is in the line configuration screen.

People use this option to simulate 'inter office paging' on some lines.

  when a call comes to my ip phone , to answer the call i have to press the Answer   button which is displayed on the screen. Howevew i wanna start talking when i pick up the phone without pressing any button.
