[cisco-voip] start talking without presiing answer button , just pickup the phone but how

off-hook and answer the call?

when a call comes to my ip phone , to answer the call i have to press
the Answer   button which is displayed on the screen. Howevew i wanna
start talking when i pick up the phone without pressing any button.
