[cisco-voip] easy way to add subscriptions

Is there an easy way to subscribe a group of phone / users to a service?
I want to add the "my fast dials" and "address book" to a whole group of
phones.  I was hoping BAT could do this, but I'm not seeing it.

 

How is the best way to do this?
