[cisco-voip] IPCCX Holidays with Standard license?

Is there a way to do Holidays with IPCC Express 4.X standard license? I
cannot call a subflow to the Holiday.aef using the dates.xml file using the
standard license. The holiday.aef uses steps not included in the standard
license. Is there another way to do this?
