[cisco-voip] IPCCX Holidays with Standard license?

Well, there are always ways around Cisco's licensing model.

Here is an easy way.

Manually send the calls to another script for the duration of the
holiday... (change the translation pattern or the CTI RP to point to a
different script and change it back once the holiday is complete).

Ideally, you would want to have the DID for the script pointing at a
translation pattern to the CTI RP for the script you want to run. That way,
you simply change the translation pattern to point to the new CTI RP for the
new application.

(The really cool thing about this is that you can make the change during
business hours and only the next (and subsequent) calls will be affected.
Calls currently in the queue will route via the old application).
