[cisco-voip] ipcc express recording

We are running ipcc express 4.0.4  cores with CM - PUB .  we are running
voip monitoring.  Is it possible to do desktop agent recording from the
supervisor.  The server is a 7815  with one nic.  This is why we are doing
voip monitoring vs span monitoring.  When Im in the desktop agent
supervisor, the recording function is greyed out but the silent monitoring
works fine.
