[cisco-voip] Emergency Responder Question

Thanks for your reply.  As it turned out, the customer had a firewall issue
that was blocking my SNMP.  I'd checked over the configuration of CER and
didn't see anything unusual before they discovered it.  Everything appears
to be fine now.  Thanks for your reply!
