[cisco-voip] IPCC Express Backup recorded files & Hist. Rep.

I have a customer which needs to save the agent conversations recorded files and the CRS Historical Reports for years to come. What's the easiest way to do this? And after saving them how will they play them(in the case of the recordings). Are wav files?
