Dear All,

we successfully installed CCM4.1.3 successfully thank very much for ur help.
really appratiated.but right now we had a problem installing the AA version 3.5(2)
i get an error mesage in the middle of installation progress. i've attached a capture of the error and the log file.

also during the installation of the backup and restore tool we get an error mesage "also attached" then the whole installation just roles back :(

i know i'm asking a lot of questions but thank so much for help given so far

You cannot start CallManager services from the services control panel. You need to open CallManager Service Activation (a web page) and activate the services and THEN start them via that same page....

If you can't open the page, you need to check that IIS is running...

   e) Assign an IP address, DNS and default gateway to the win2k Advanced Server machine
2) Apply Win2k Service Pack 4 and IE6 Service Pack 1 and reboot the machine,
3) Merge the files "mcs1.reg" and "mcs2.reg" supplied into the registry,

4.0 or 4.1?

Because if it 4.1, you need to get the shutdown.exe and throw it into the c:\utils directory.

If it is 4.0, you also need to install SNMP and Terminal Services... but I don't think that is the problem you are running into.

BTW, you didn't need to install Win2K SP4, OS2.7 would have done that for you.
