[cisco-voip] Ipcc Scripting question

There is a calculated estimated wait time variable that takes into
account the average time to answer calls. Keep in mind though that this
calculation is always off when the call center first opens and if your
call center experiences times with little or no calls.

I believe it is Get Reporting Stat -> Avg (or est) wait time

Subject: [cisco-voip] Ipcc Scripting question

Im try to at the feature to announce the estimated time in que by
minutes. I tried the "get report" and selected the expected wait time
and added the generate prompted step. But not sure on how the system
will know the expected / estimated wait time. So im sure it's a step im
missing.

So next Im trying the "Switch string" step . so Im trying to come up
with a way to create this expression "callsinQue X
averagecallhandletime( 2min) divided by LoginAgents

Need to get this and put it in a variable for the Switch string step
and add my minutes

Do anybody have any ideal on the above or other suggestion.
