You have to use the desktop administrator to create new buttons for the
agents. Adjust the work flow and add in new actions, one for record and
one for stop record.

I'm running IPCCx4.0.1sr1 and have silent monitoring / recording working
from the Supervisor but how do you get agent to be able to record the
call?
I'm no longer using SPAN but I'm using the Agent for monitoring.
Where on the CAD do you record?
