It looks like you have corrupt installation files.

No idea...
However, send a screen cap of the error message, and what stage of the install of BARS you are so we can troubleshoot.

Dear All,
we successfully installed CCM4.1.3 successfully thank very much for ur help.
really appratiated.but right now we had a problem installing the AA version 3.5(2)
i get an error mesage in the middle of installation progress. i've attached a capture of the error and the log file.
also during the installation of the backup and restore tool we get an error mesage "also attached" then the whole installation just roles back :(
i know i'm asking a lot of questions but thank so much for help given so far
You cannot start CallManager services from the services control panel. You need to open CallManager Service Activation (a web page) and activate the services and THEN start them via that same page....
If you can't open the page, you need to check that IIS is running...

Dear Jonathan,
Thank you very much for helping, My collge Bassem gave the shutdown file and we istalled the CCM4.1.3 and the istallation process was done but I can't open the CCM at the IE it gives me "this page cannot be displayed" I checked the services and I found that all Cisco services are disabled changed them to Automatic and restart the server, also the problme is still and some of the services started and the other (Like Cisco CallManager) didn't , I tried to sart Cisco CallManager Service manually but I got an error massage telling me you "the Cisco Call Manager service can't started at a local computer. So can Please help me at this problem?
Note now our PC have
1) Win2k Advanced Server with:

d) Management and Monitoring tools
e) Assign an IP address, DNS and default gateway to the win2k Advanced Server machine
2) Apply Win2k Service Pack 4 and IE6 Service Pack 1 and reboot the machine,
3) Merge the files "mcs1.reg" and "mcs2.reg" supplied into the registry,
4) Apply the OS upgrade with the file called: win-OS-Upgrade-K9.2000-2-7.exe,

4.0 or 4.1?
Because if it 4.1, you need to get the shutdown.exe and throw it into the c:\utils directory.
If it is 4.0, you also need to install SNMP and Terminal Services... but I don't think that is the problem you are running into.
BTW, you didn't need to install Win2K SP4, OS2.7 would have done that for you.
