[cisco-voip] IPCC Express data exchange via XML or SQL?

Hi all,

currently I need a solution to export calling information to a third 
party application. Now I'm not sure if it would be better to export in 
SQL or create a XML file, that can be processed by the 3rd party 
application.

If a Call Agent gets a call he should see data specific to this phone 
number. I thought to do the "signaling" via a http GET request. And then 
the data (in XML or SQL) could be processed.

Is there any better solution for this problem, how would you solve this?
