[cisco-voip] Is it possible for 1 number to ring on a 7940 phone and an H323 FXS port at the same time?

that's awfully close to what Mobility Manager does.

i do not believe there is a simple way (shared line simple) to do this.

You could use an IVR script or something like PA and have it try to 
reach both locations.
