[cisco-voip] Sentinel System Driver and Unity

Anyone know what the deal is when running the setup.exe for Unity 4.2.1?
I get a message saying that Windows Installer failed to install the
Sentinel System Driver failure code = 2. I've had this happen before and
loading the .msi manually fixed the issue. I'm directly at the console
not over terminal service. This time when I load the .msi manually I
still get the error when trying to load setup.exe. I looked around on
CCO and it seems like this has been as issue for quite a while now.
