No, the other Pub is not on-line at the same time. I will take a look at

The first thing to look at is a packet capture of the CCM making LDAP
requests to the AD server. This should give an indication of the
problem. Do you have both Pubs running on the same network? If so, it
may be a hostname issue (duplicate).

pulled a drive form the Pub. When I put it in the Sub I was able to boot
it up and get phones registered. My only problem is that when I try to
pull up the Global Directory from CCM admin it times out and I got a
"page cannot be displayed". I can still login a user via ccmuser. I just
can't go into GC from CCMadmin to change any user attributes. Anyone
know what's going on? If I put the drive back into the Publisher I can
access GC with no problem.
