[cisco-voip] Swapping drive to another server and losing GC

The first thing to look at is a packet capture of the CCM making LDAP
requests to the AD server. This should give an indication of the
problem. Do you have both Pubs running on the same network? If so, it
may be a hostname issue (duplicate).
