[cisco-voip] Change default settings of new phone

Hello
I try to change the default settings for a new phone. I want to change some
default values mainly the settings Gratuitous ARP and PC Voice VLAN Access
to disabled (Because of security concerns). Does anyone know, where I can
change the template for new phones?
