[cisco-voip] Phone dropped out

Is this remote gateway over the internet (a VPN connection maybe?) or a
dedicated line?
If a dedicated line, I would call the provider, if the internet, if it is
working, be happy, if not, there isn't anything you can do (no QoS on the
interweb thingy).
So, this all depends on the type of circuit. From the error message, it
looks like your phone lost communication with the CallManager, tried to
reconnect and disconnected again.
The ping times are on the cusp of being too long (150ms is max for decent
voice quality).
