In CIPTUG this year, the CME BU stated that the two are interchangeable.
If you buy the license for one, you are able to use fallback for either.
The key was that CME was only used for fallback and not full time use.

As I understand it, the SRST license is inferior to the CME license
(cheaper). So, you would get just CME licenses and then trunk back to
CCM.
