[cisco-voip] Disable the Missed/Received/Called Lists on certain phones

Several partner companies offer tools to do this,
ANDTek(http://www.andtek.com) for example.

For a limited number of phones (because of CM limitations of JTAPI
scalability) you can monitor the phone state by JTAPI. When the phone
goes active and then idle a call will have been logged to the call
histories. At that point send the instruction to the phone to clear the
call histories.
