95% of the time the problem is with the provider. You
can send them anything that you want in the the
Display IE or FacilityIE but if they don't have your
DID block "masked" (for lack of a better word)
correctly then no CID. You might try getting with them
and see what they're receiving for starters and if
they will pass it along if you provide it "correctly"
or if they need to lock in your corp name for your
entire block. At any rate if they tell you that they
can pass along if you're configured for X then we can
tell you how to configure for X. My experience is that
your DID block will be masked by your provider with
your corp name and that is the best that they can
provide without some sort of act of congress. Also, I
know this might sounds obvious however I've had
customers that were doing this but you can't test this
by calling your mobile phone since most of them will
never show you the name display.
