[cisco-voip] same fxs ports in different routegroups?

I have 4fxs card

ports p1 p2 p3 p4

i wanna make route groups
p1 and p2 will be in RGroup1
p3 and p4 will be in Rgroup2
and again 
p1 and p2 will be in RouteGroup3
is it possible ?can i assignd same ports to different routegroups?
